Good morning kings Langley,
Last Thursday we had a surprise visit from Blacktown council, inquiring about a complaint from someone in the public saying we are using ‘cat’ tuna in our sushi.
My team and I were quite surprised!!
We have always used NTC or Nippon food (one of the best Japanese food suppliers) cooked tuna packages for the last 10 years!
We have a valid food shop registration issued by the council and always strive for top hygiene and food safety.
I’m a licensed GSD breeder and founder of Alpaca farm and running a small chicken farm too! I had MASTER Degree of MBA!
So regularly I receive deliveries from PET CIRCLE!
Please if you have any concerns or queries come in store and ask me about it.

This morning, around 10 a.m., we had a rather distressing interaction with a fellow shopper. She had left her Woolworths trolley in front of our store, near the metal railings. We kindly reminded her to take the trolley and return it to the bay, as we needed that space for our outdoor seating.
Not only did she ignore both staff who asked her nicely, she was also walking from our side back towards Woolworths, which meant she could have returned her trolley. She was parked right next to the disabled parking spot, not even 10m away from the trolley bay.
She then proceeded to jump out of her car and berate our staff saying how rude we were, and then proceeded to claim she would take it back later.
We would like to kindly remind all shoppers in Kings Langley that it is common courtesy to return your trolleys, and doing so takes just a small amount of time out of your day!

Sakura Ramen is a Japanese noodle soup, with a rich Tonkatsu broth and a selection of meats, topped with a half of boiled egg.
The variety of meats opinion: Katsu Ramen, Karaage Ramen, Char Siu Ramen, House Ramen, Teriyaki Chicken Ramen, Teriyaki Beef Ramen, Tempura Prawns Ramen, Tempura Ramen( 2 prawns & deep fry vegetables), etc.

The freshness, chef cut the chicken fillets or Angus Beef Topside a night before, marinated overnight!
The hotness, chef cooks them after you place order!
The teasteness, Teriyaki sauce has its secret receipt, accurate weight and ratio of each ingredient.
Karaage and katsu are all home-made style, cut and marinate and pack and cook in the kitchen.

As one of the most popular Japanese restaurant in Hills area, we have lots of online customers as well as new customers!
Sakura is doing best and quickest for all orders! But there are somethings we can not help!
1. Change delivery address for you! As privacy, the customers’ address won’t be showed on Sakura tablet! No chance could be amended!
2. Utensils, if you choose non, we can’t add them into your package! We can’t guess if you need! If you need some please leave the comments even you don’t click the link on the top of your order! We will add!
3. We can’t add extra meats or extra extra soy sauce and wasabi without adding a few dollars! There are a few orders, such as only 4 sushi rolls normally provided 4 soy sauce, but was asked extra 10 soy sauce and 5 wasabi!
Sakura will do all the best to satisfy customers! But at what cost! We are able to thrill then can continue to provide more wonderful Japanese cuisne!

Today I am talking about the styles of Chicken Katsu Don and Tempura Prawns Don (3 Tempura Prawns)
Chicken Katsu Don, crispy fried chicken cutlets with eggs and onions in a soy sauce-based broth, served with white Japanese rice, simply means crispy chicken omelette with white rice.
Tempura Prawns Don, it was designed for local customers, who just like Tempura Prawns and Japanese white rice, nothing else. Served with sauce or without sauce.
