We had AN ABSOLUTE BLAST serving you our healthy options, the best healthy nutrition to power your day, your energy, your workouts, to add a smile to your faces. Thank you for celebrating with us the last 5 years in the Kogarah community! We know that we made a difference in our lives in one way or another. In 2025, we are moving to the next chapter of our nutrition journey. Even though we had to close the doors of our physical location, our nutrition business continues to run online as it has been running for the last 20 years. We are OPEN to help you gain more energy, improve your daily nutrition, tone up, lose weight or gain muscle in our Body Transformation challenges. We are only a DM or phone call away. Dear customers and friends,
We’ll be CLOSED on Christmas 🎄 Day

Things are changing at The Nutrition Hub Kogarah and we are so excited!
Our aim has always been to bring health and nutrition awareness into our community and help people make healthier choices for their breakfast, lunch and snacks, without compromising on taste and deliciousness. We want to show you how you can have our great energy teas and gourmet smoothies in your everyday life from home.
We would like to announce that over the past 5 years, we have succeeded and a huge majority of our customers are now saving money and making them from home.
We are so proud of what we have achieved over the last 5 years!
✅ We have been the nutrition sponsor for the Scots Lions Soccer ⚽️ team helping the wonderful women’s team with their sports nutrition and energy!
✅ We have been a Finalist in the St George area Local Business Awards for the last 4 years in a row: 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. 🌟🌟🌟🌟
