Weโd like to thank Nelly and Peter for being such an important part of Honey & Walnutโs journey. Wishing them all the best as they begin their next chapter.
Chef Peter and Angela will continue running Honey & Walnut with the same care, creativity, and community that have always defined the patisserie ๐ still in the kitchen every day, crafting your favourite sweets, brewing your morning coffee out the front and keeping the warm spirit of the patisserie alive ๐ฌ๐ท

After four years at Honey and Walnut, Nelly and I have decided it is time to step away from the business and take a break. The decision has definitely been tough to make but it is time for us to embark on a new journey. Reflecting back, Honey and Walnut has been a truly remarkable experience. We are forever grateful for the way our business has grown, the customers we have met and the relationships we have formed.
To all our customers, thank you, thank you, thank you. Honey and Walnut would not be the way it is, without your loyalty to us, your friendships and your kindness. We are so grateful for all the relationships we have made and how much you have all supported us.
Thank you to our amazing staff that have always put in the extra mile. You will be truly missed. We are grateful for all your hard work, smiles and good times. We are always here for you.
To all our family and friends that have helped us along the way, thank you. In particular to our mum and super chef, Joy, we couldnโt have done this without you. From your amazing pies, quiches, moussaka to being there for whatever we needed, thank you.
Until our next venture,
Lots of love
Peter and Nelly xx
