Today, we had the pleasure of delivering a stunning semi-naked wedding cake. Crafted with zesty lemon sponges and silky lemon buttercream, this elegant creation was designed to serve 90 guests
Rustic, organic, and effortlessly elegant. They became hugely popular in the 2010s as a reaction to the heavily fondant-covered cakes of earlier decades. The decoration adorned with dried citrus slices of lemon and orange, which is a classic pairing for this style — natural, earthy, and sophisticated.
