We are a relatively new business that originated in Sept 2019 (two years ago).
Avi Ayalon was on a mission to make the perfect pocket pita bread that Australia deserves!
He drew on his many years of experience from growing up eating in Israel and later moving to Australia and running a falafel shop in Bondi in the 90s (Bondi Bite)
After many weeks of research, development and testing (and many helpers and taste-testers along the way…) Avi finally got the outcome he wanted:

- Walk approximately 500 metres and turn left onto Bridge St
