The Prairie Cafe is a cozy cafe located on Smith Street. They offer delicious breakfast dishes such as baked eggs and smoked salmon eggs benedict on house made brioche, and sweet treats like their famous Dutch baby pancake. Though closed one day due to a staff shortage, they continue to update their social media with mouthwatering food photos and announcements for new job openings.

To reach Smith Street in Sydney, you can take public transport via train or bus. If taking the train, you can get off at Central Station and then catch a bus that will drop you off near Smith Street. Alternatively, if you are driving, you can park your vehicle at a nearby parking lot or street parking space.
From Central Station, you can take Bus 431 or Bus 433 towards Balmain and alight at Darling St at Victoria Road (Balmain). From there it's a short walk to Smith Street.
If driving from the CBD area, head west along Market Street and turn left onto Sussex Street. Keep left and continue onto King Street before turning right onto Parramatta Road. Turn left onto Catherine St then continue straight on to Smith St where The Prairie Cafe is located. There are several paid parking lots available along the street as well as free street parking options.
