Featuring Australian full blood Wagyu 9+ from Mayura Station, a South Australian producer known for its unique chocolate-fed cattle 🍫
Thinly sliced wagyu is simmered in a rich warish*ta sauce of soy, mirin and sake with braised onion, then topped with seared foie gras imported from France for a rich, decadent finish.
