Last weekend the Schembrae's team celebrated our successes ✨
We are so proud of everything our team achieved over the years. Their commitment, their work ethic, and the way they showed up for each other day in, day out is something we’ll never forget.
Beyond the service and the success, it was the laughter, the energy, and the friendships that made it what it was. Our team quickly became something much more like a second family.
To our customers and community, thank you. So many of you became regulars and friends, and it’s meant so much to be able to host you and your families and friends - a place for shared meals, celebrations, and memories.
Thank you for being part of Schembrae’s, for supporting us, and for sharing so many moments with us along the way. 🤍

The time has come for Schembrae's at Kurrajong to close it's doors on Sunday 19th April.
What a journey it has been. From long lunches to lively evenings, from shared plates to shared stories, Schembrae’s has always been about more than just food - it’s been about people and sharing our Mediterranean heritage with you. The conversations, the laughter, the celebrations, and the quiet moments in between have made it truly special.
Now we are ready to step in to our next chapter. Ruth has decided that she is ready to step into a well-earned retirement, and Emily is embracing more time at home with her newborn baby - two beautiful reasons to turn the page.
To our incredible team, past and present - thank you for the passion, care, and energy you brought through our doors every single day and shared with our guests. And to our community, our regulars, and those who travelled near and far to dine with us - thank you for being part of our story.
While this chapter is closing, it’s not a sad goodbye, it’s the beginning of something new. We are so grateful for the memories we’ve created together, and we hope you’ll join us over the coming weeks to share a few more.

We will be catering for an offsite private function tomorrow evening, so we will be closed for dinner.

If you're taking public transport, take the bus/train to Kurrajong Station and then catch a taxi or Uber to Old Bells Line of Road.
If you're driving, take the M4 Motorway towards Western Sydney and exit at Kurrajong Road. Follow this road until it becomes Old Bells Line of Road. The restaurant is located along this road. Parking is available on site.
