Hi everyone, this week's special are ✨original Chilean empanadas ✨made from a traditional recipe that had been mastered over the years. Using an original family recipe.

Reading your lovely comments about how delicious my Chilean Empanadas, Maznik, Lady's Fingers and Gozleme makes me feel like the time I spend making everything by hand, from the cutting and prep to making the dough and even the packaging, is all worth it.

I make them freshly from the scratch

1. Chilean Empanadas (beef or vegetarian) $14 for 3 pieces and each piece is 100-110gr
2. Maznik (Turkish & Bosnian savoury -Beef cheese or spinach cheese) $15

I perfected Chilean empanadas recipe when I was working as a pastry chef at the Shangri-La hotel. My Chef de Cuisine was Chilean and he taught me how to make these original Chilean Empanadas. It's a really special recipe!

Maznik (Borek )
is a traditional Turkish Pastry made out of a thin pastry, filled with different combinations of fillings and then rolled into a beautiful swirl. It takes a lot of skill to make and I make everything from scratch the traditional way

I have been making Maznik since I was 11 years old and I just love to be in the kitchen. This is my Grandmother's recipe, my Grandmother is Bosnian/Turkish and this is her family's way of making Maznik.

These Chilean Empanadas are perfectly crafted, I make my own handmade pastry and all the delicious fillings from scratch.

Ingredients: Beef Empanadas - Beef, cumin, capsicum, onion, garlic, oregano, paprika, mint, salt, pepper, olives.
Vegan & Vegetarian Empanadas are available

Reheating Instructions: Defrost in the fridge overnight. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Brush empanadas with egg yolk if you are not allergic otherwise it is not necessary). Place on tray and bake for 30 mins.

and delivery is available for local areas.
