Yup it’s here😀 The GOAT with BS. This fusion of
🇮🇩 x 🇦🇺 inspired from our indonesian classic “Iga Bakar” with little bit twist 😏
Using Goat meat as the main and we marinated with BS (Beni Sauce) our chef style and his Sauce is a mix of red chilli, onion, garlic, butter, ginger, tomato, lemongrass, kafir lime, brown sugar, and sweet soy sauce. It seems quite a big sauce eh? Well, that’s why coming with clean bone broth to cleanse up in the end.
Yes, this is seasonal 😏
