The easiest vanilla slice you will make. All you need
1 sheet puff pastry
600ml thickened cream
1 packet vanilla instant pudding
Abit of icing sugar
Preheat oven to 180degrees
Mix Instant pudding with cream. Whisk for 1 minute. Cover and put in fridge.
Cut puff pastry into 8 rectangles. With a fork dock the pastry ( poke holes to allow air to escape) . Place on a line baking tray and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and place another piece of baking paper ontop, followed by another tray to weigh it down. Cook for 25 minutes. Remove tray and turn oven to 200. Sprinkle icing sugar on each piece and put back in oven for about 5-8 minutes until icing sugar has melted creating a glass like crust. Remove and allow to cool.
Pipe custard cream mix between two sheets. Dust with sugar and enjoy.

To get to the location in Greenacre, you can take a train or bus to Bankstown Station and then transfer to the 925 bus towards Lakemba. Get off at Waterloo Road near Greenacre Road and walk for about 5 minutes to reach your destination.
If driving, take the M5 South-Western Motorway and exit at King Georges Road towards Canterbury. Follow King Georges Road for approximately 6km before turning left onto Waterloo Road. There is limited street parking available near the location.
