Meet our Chimichurri Chicken.

A simple dish with a lot of personality.

Chimichurri is a herb sauce from Argentina and Uruguay, made with parsley, garlic, oregano and a splash of vinegar. Thought to originate from the Rio de la Plata region in the 19th century, the gauchos crafted this to flavour and tenderise open fire grilled meats.
