A Winter Feast À La Française 🇫🇷
On Wednesday 15 July, we invite you to join us for a one-night-only French wine dinner featuring five classic French courses paired with five carefully selected French wines.
Chef Brett's menu includes smoked trout rillette, French onion soup with black winter truffle, foie gras, Beef Bourguignon and warm pain d'épices with poached winter fruits, with each course paired and introduced by Tom from Mosaique Wines.
