A noodle-free long weekend?! Chef Nut says NO WAY! 😝

It’s the start of the long weekend in Sydney 👏🏼

All our Sydney locations are operating as usual over the weekend and will be open 12pm–8pm on Monday 8 June. Poor Brisbane doesn’t get a public holiday on Monday, so their hours remain unchanged.

Have a great one ❤️

SATAY HAS ENTERED THE CHAT 🥜

The Sydney Food Brothers have spoken...this is how they feel about our new satay range:

"We went to for the new satay range and honestly, everything just became a vehicle for the sauce 😭 It’s rich, creamy, packed with peanut flavour and somehow works on absolutely everything. The chicken satay skewers were a no-brainer, but the loaded fries were the one that caught us off guard.

We also gave the satay fried rice a crack (with extra skewers because we have no self-control) and finished with the Pad Thai, which balanced the creamy satay really well. If you’re a satay person, this limited-time menu is basically your Super Bowl."

As a young boy, Chef Nut worked alongside his grandmother at her small street food stall in Bangkok, learning traditional Thai cooking techniques and family recipes passed down through generations 🇹🇭

This was where he learned the foundations of real Thai food: fresh ingredients, balance of flavour, and cooking everything properly from scratch.

That philosophy still defines P’Nut Asian Kitchen today ❤️

What makes our Satay range so delicious? 😋

It all comes down to our made-from-scratch satay sauce - a rich, aromatic blend of roasted peanuts, garlic, ginger, shallots, chilli, tamarind, lemongrass, brown sugar, cinnamon, coriander, cumin, nutmeg, kaffir lime leaves, and coconut milk.

Come see what all the fuss is about 🧡
