L A T E L Y ✖️ A little photo dump from the bakery lately… early mornings, butter everywhere, trays coming out hot, coffee flowing and the cabinet getting absolutely smashed before lunch.
Just the usual chaos honestly 🫶
Thanks for keeping us busy, feeding your friends with fika, and continuing to show up for the buns week after week. We see you.
Same time tomorrow?

B & E ✖️ Some menu items come and go. This one has people coming back year after year.
Our Bacon & Egg Roll at Fika the Cafe has quietly built a cult following thanks to one little thing… the house-made beetroot relish. Smoky crispy bacon, free-range egg, toasted sourdough bap and that sweet-pickled-beet magic that somehow makes the whole thing hit harder.
People call the beetroot relish “sublime” and say “once you taste it you can’t get enough.” A proper Fika classic. Still one of the most ordered things on the menu for a reason.
Available daily at Fika the Cafe. 🥓🍳💘

S T R A W B E R R Y ✖️ The cake that tastes like a Swedish summer.
Soft vanilla sponge layered with berry jam, silky vanilla custard and clouds of fresh cream… then topped with strawberries because more strawberries is always the right decision.
Our traditional Swedish Jordgubbstårta is made fresh to order at Fika and honestly? She’s a beauty.
Perfect for birthdays, baby showers, long lunches, Midsummer celebrations or just people who take cake very seriously.
Available to order online now 🍓

D A N I S H R Y E ✖️ Our house-baked Danish rye — the most Scandinavian loaf there is. Dense yet soft, earthy, nutty, and full of goodness 🍞🇸🇪
Made with rye flour, sunflower seeds, linseeds, sourdough, and a touch of rice syrup — it’s the kind of bread that turns a simple slice into a meal.
Best enjoyed thinly sliced, topped with butter, cheese, gravlax or anything that feels a little Scandi at heart.
Fresh from Fika’s bakery — pre-order online for pick up in store.
