It's time to say good bye and thankyou .
We have made the hard decision to close our doors
Sunday 12th of March will be our last day.
Passion and hard work can only get you so far in life but we have not been able to maintain our pot of gold which makes running this high expense venue very difficult without a war chest.
Kerrin and I have always been a humble hard working husband and wife team , I'm proud how creative and innovative we have been in the past 5 years .
We are so sad but know it's just how it is , we know it's time to say good bye and thank you,
So if you want your last Caruso's Italian Restaurant fix we will be open
Wednesday to Friday 4pm to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday 11am to 9pm

A big thankyou to everyone who joined us for our veganary yum cha event today we set the goal high to be innovative and creative and we are happy with what we achieve.
Kerrin just smashed out her simply devious desserts again .
Overall very happy of course we off to a good start with our on wards and upwards with our febuary lunch concept launch .

!! Vegan Street food Sundays is cancelled today . 😭
Those who know me know i really push the limits with my vegan options in the restaurant , and i have invented vegan street food Sundays so i can do this unfortunately sometimes an idea just beats you and you need a little more time to perfect it the my beef ribs idea have done that to me this week even at 12pm I tried another batch and I'm still not happy with the end result.
We still have a full vegan menu today at restaurant sorry to disappointment anybody idy who was looking forward to ribs today .
