To reach Knox Street in Sydney by public transport, take a train to Kings Cross Station and then transfer to a bus heading towards Darlinghurst. Alight at Victoria Street and walk for 5 minutes to reach the destination.
If traveling by car, take the Eastern Distributor/Route 1 and exit onto William Street. Continue straight until William Street turns into Crown Street, then turn right onto Goulburn Street. Take another right onto Bourke Street, and then left onto Burton Street which will lead you to Knox street where you can find parking options nearby.
