GRACIAS AMIGOS
LA TACO has sadly had to shut its doors for good. The reality of the restaurant industry is a tough one to take. However the last 2 and a bit years have been some of the best of my life, I leave with a lot of lessons learnt and a bright future ahead and I shut the doors knowing that we provided the residents and those visiting Ettalong Beach a fantastic experience every time they came by.
We stayed true to Mexican flavours, we fiesta’d long into many nights and the margaritas always left people smiling, as did the service from my amazing team who I have nothing but love and thanks for.
To the regular customers that called us a second home when they couldn’t be bothered to cook and wanted a great feed with a friendly chat, THANK YOU. You guys kept us afloat through the lean months and kept me entertained with your wonderfully kind natures.
I leave you with this, I know times are tough for a lot, but when you can, remember to shop small, remember to be kind to all in any service industry, in fact to anyone in any industry. But most importantly if you’re a fan of food, get your ass down to Ettalong Beach for some of the best food the Central Coast has to offer!!
You will not be disappointed, Adios!
