Introducing Gildas x .

We’ve teamed up with and local ceramicist to create custom stoneware vessels, designed exclusively for Gildas. More porous than glass, the stoneware acts as insulators to slow heat transfer, keeping each sip bracingly chilled from first to last.

Whisked straight from the freezer, we’re serving a trio of Hendrick’s Gin martini specials, with the option to pair with one of our signature pintxos.

This is for the martini-lovers, ceramic enthusiasts, and for those who never say no to a snack on a stick.

Please enjoy the unusual responsibly.

Outsource your dessert duties this Father’s Day weekend to Gildas. Pre-order our classic or chocolate Basque cheesecake, finished in the wood-fire ovens at our sister restaurant for that beautifully burnt exterior, contrasting to the irresistibly creamy interior.
