It’s been a couple weeks since we wrapped up the Easter Show… and by god, that one nearly broke us 😅
Absolute madness. Some of the biggest days we’ve ever had — more burgers flying out than we thought humanly possible 🍔💨

8 years ago we opened a shop in Penrith.
We were younger, probably a bit naive… but we had a simple idea — make really good burgers and see what happens.
And for a while… it worked.
This little spot became something we were proud of. Late nights, early mornings, a lot of stress, a lot of laughs. The kind of place you pour everything into and hope it gives something back.
But then things changed.
Costs went up. The economy shifted. And like a lot of small businesses… we felt it.
We had to close the doors.
That one hurt.
So we went back to what we knew. Stripped everything back, hit the road with our trucks, and started again. From scratch. No guarantees, just hard work and a belief that we could build it back.
And now… somehow… we’re here again.
Same spot. Same suburb. Different chapter.
But if we’re being real — it’s not any easier this time around.
If anything… it’s just as tough. Maybe tougher.
Everyone’s feeling it right now. Businesses, families, workers… all of us.
So this time, we’re keeping it simple.
No fluff. No overthinking it.
Just making the tastiest burgers we can…
at a price people can actually afford…
for the community that’s supported us from day one.
Penrith, this place has always meant something to us.
And we’re grateful we get another shot at it.

We’ve learnt something over the past few days… apparently moving next door is the equivalent of relocating to another country.
For context:
We are literally next door to where we used to be. Same building. Same carpark. Just… next door.
To help everyone out we:
• Put massive “NOW OPEN – BURGERS” stickers on the wall
• Painted the entire wall bright yellow
• Positioned ourselves facing the carpark
• Turned the lights on
• Cooked burgers that you can probably smell from space
And yet… every day we’re getting messages like:
“Hey guys where are you now??”
Mate… rotate your head 15 degrees to the left and you’ll see us.
If you can see the old shop, congratulations — you are one burger throw away from the new one.
Anyway, we’re here.
