1. Mix the spirits - Pour 55 ml of gin and 15 ml of dry vermouth into a mixing glass with some ice cubes.
2. Stir well - Strain into a chilled Martini cocktail glass

Falafel seems to have, at first, been made with fava beans. It probably wasn’t until later that chickpeas entered into the picture, once the dish migrated further to the north. Some people think this meal may even date far back to Pharaonic Egypt, although no one is actually quite sure.

In the Middle East and Egypt, falafel would eventually become a popular form of street food. Often, it is eaten as part of a selection of other small portions of food known as a meze.

1. From the Sydney CBD, take the T1 North Shore & Northern Line train to Chatswood Station.
2. At Chatswood Station, transfer to bus number 270 towards Terrey Hills.

4. Walk south on Forest Way for about 5 minutes until you reach your destination.

Driving/Parking:
1. If you're coming from the Sydney CBD, take the Warringah Freeway (A4) northbound.

3. Take the exit toward Forest Way/Belrose from Wakehurst Parkway.
4. Merge onto Forest Way and continue for about 2 kilometers until you reach your destination.
