FISHBOWL

FISHBOWL FISHBOWL was a salad bar, health food restaurant and Japanese restaurant located on Birmingham Street. They offered a range of dishes including miso glazed salmon fillet with broccoli, beef brisket and miso soup, which were regularly posted on their social media pages. FISHBOWL encouraged compostable lids and sourced shallots from Victoria due to recent floods affecting their NSW farms. Despite having a successful grand opening at Macquarie Centre with the first 100 customers eating for free, FISHBOWL has now permanently closed.

This is our way, today. Yuzu Days with our new lime tahini dressing & yuzu mayo drizzle. Perhaps the most underrated of the mix, raw bok choy and pickled daikon. 10/10

Public Transport: Take the train to Central Station and transfer to the light rail towards Dulwich Hill. Get off at the Pyrmont Bay stop and walk towards Birmingham Street.

Driving/Parking: From the CBD, take the Western Distributor and exit onto Harris Street, then turn left onto Pyrmont Bridge Road. Turn left onto Mount Street and then left again onto Harris Street. Turn right onto Allen Street and then left onto Birmingham Street. There are a few paid parking spots available on Birmingham Street, or you can park in a nearby parking garage such as the Star Casino Parking.
