Cho Cho Disco with the team. 🔟🪩
Back in 2020, we collaborated with Cho Cho San on a matcha made in heaven, serving their famed matcha swirl over summer at what was then FISHBOWL Bondi.
Six years on, it felt right to get together again for our 10th birthday. This time for a team disco, with a few throwback dishes and flavours from our menu making their way into the night.
Big thanks to Cho Cho San • Sydney and the whole team for the love and support over the years. ❤️

Workshops, an amazing race, quality time, a BBQ lunch (thanks chefs) and a disco to finish.

For our ten year anniversary, we’ve rebuilt the Bondi flagship from the ground up. The tables were made by our team, using left over material from prior openings including stone and terrazzo. They’re super vibrant, and colourful, with each table telling a story.
Not only do you have the joy of crafting your ingredients, but you now get the joy of choosing your favourite table. There’s a colour and shape for everyone.

Public Transport: Take the train to Central Station and transfer to the light rail towards Dulwich Hill. Get off at the Pyrmont Bay stop and walk towards Birmingham Street.
Driving/Parking: From the CBD, take the Western Distributor and exit onto Harris Street, then turn left onto Pyrmont Bridge Road. Turn left onto Mount Street and then left again onto Harris Street. Turn right onto Allen Street and then left onto Birmingham Street. There are a few paid parking spots available on Birmingham Street, or you can park in a nearby parking garage such as the Star Casino Parking.
