The restaurant has recently had its soft opening, and is open from Monday to Friday from 11am to 2.30pm and 5.30pm to 9:30pm, as well as on Saturdays from 5.30pm to 9:30pm. Kanade offers an exclusive culinary adventure, the first of its kind in Australia - a Japanese-Italian fusion kaiseki experience with only 8 seats available per week for a limited one-month period for $150pp, with optional add-ons and beverage pairings available on the day. To get to the Japanese restaurant located on Clarence Street in Sydney, you can take the train to Town Hall Station and walk for about 5 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a bus that stops at Wynyard Station and walk for approximately 8 minutes.
If you prefer to drive, there are several car parking lots nearby. The closest one is located on Kent Street and the other one on Sussex Street. Both car parks charge an hourly rate with a maximum daily fee.
