It’s crazy to think that one year ago, Dom Panino Live was just an idea we almost didn’t do!
What started as catering a baby shower for our beautiful friends has now grown into such a huge part of our business. Watching people connect over fresh food being made right in front of them has been something really special, and we’re so grateful for every single enquiry, booking, recommendation and kind word along the way ✨
While Dom Panino started as a paninoteca, being able to expand into live catering has honestly exceeded anything we imagined.
And one of the best parts? You can come into our shop, try the food for yourself, and book with confidence knowing exactly what you’re getting 🍝🥖

At Dom Panino it’s not just about our food, it’s about building a community and keeping traditions alive. My Nonni came to Australia in the 50’s and built a life here from nothing - they assimilated and became Aussies, but they also maintained a lot of our Italian tradition. I’m blessed to have both the Aussie and Italian culture as part of my everyday life, and it’s an honour to do little events like Briscola Nights at Dom Panino that keep that alive. You have to know where you came from to know where you are going! 🇮🇹❤️🔥
