We have had the privilege of providing catering services for the Holi (Indian Festival) event for the past four years. We are grateful for the trust and appreciation we have received from Hon Chris Bowen (Minister for Climate Change and Energy of Australia) and others who have enjoyed our delicious cuisine.

Heartfelt Spicing Farewell for Now.
Loving Flavourful Promise Forever.
Bhajiya, a gem of an Indian restaurant nestled in Surry Hills. Pallavi, the extraordinary soul behind this establishment, has left an indelible mark on all who have had the pleasure of crossing paths with her.
Pallavi isn’t just a restaurateur; she’s a beacon of warmth, compassion, and community spirit. Her commitment to serving delectable vegan and gluten-free Indian cuisine is surpassed by her genuine connection with each patron who walks through her doors. It’s evident that she doesn’t just serve food; she nourishes hearts and fosters friendships.
As my husband and I dined at Bhajiya on Pallavi’s final day of business (for now), we witnessed firsthand the magic she effortlessly weaves. Her culinary creations are a reflection of her own loveliness – each dish bursting with flavour and crafted with care.
But beyond her culinary prowess, Pallavi’s impact extends far beyond the walls of her restaurant. Her dedication to supporting the underprivileged and her unwavering belief in the power of giving back to society are nothing short of inspiring.
My husband and I have been fortunate enough to forge a meaningful bond with Pallavi since we’ve started to discuss the transition of her place. Her authenticity, kindness, and altruism have left an indelible impression on us, inspiring us to continue her legacy of spreading love through food that we are going to serve in our Japanese concept cafe afterwards.
We have no doubt that Pallavi’s mission and vision will persist, manifesting in every act of kindness she bestows upon the world. We eagerly anticipate her return, enriched by her family adventures and armed with renewed passion to share her culinary gifts with the community once more.
To Pallavi and her family: thank you for touching our lives that go beyond your delicious dishes. We eagerly await the day that Bhajiya illuminates once more.
With all our love and gratitude, Alen and Janny 💚
Thank you so much Alen and Janny for your kind words 🙏🏻

We would like to extend a huge thank you 🙏🏻 to our loyal patrons as we successfully complete the first phase of Bhajiya. We have thoroughly enjoyed sharing our passion for Indian Vegan, Gluten-free and vegetarian cuisine over the past five years and are grateful for all the support that has enabled us to share more than 20,770 meals with those in need within our community.
We have been utterly blown away by the kindness shown to us through the numerous gifts, messages, cards and hugs bestowed upon us on the last day, rendering us somewhat speechless and indecisive.
Once again thank you to our wonderful customers and our dedicated team, we truly have been blessed 🙏🏻
