we’re back for 2024 recharged and ready to go for another bigger and better year here at
if you’re not aware, in 2023 we added a supermarket .supermarket and another restaurant .sushi to our group, and this year we plan to open a teppanyaki bar .sydney
We’ve got some killer collabs planned for with all three venues so stay tuned.

our zucchini flowers filled with .supermarket ricotta cheese, spiced tomato roja, pickled chilli and .supermarket shaved parmesan
this was one of our most popular dishes of the year, and couldn’t be as good as it is without the help of the procurement team at greens supermarket.
they helped us source zucchini flowers all year long, imported the amazing parmesan from Tuscany and gave us the most incredible almond ricotta cheese we’ve ever had.

our chargrilled corn with chipotle tahini, shaved smoked queso, chilli salt, coriander and fresh lime
so much flavour happening here with this seemingly simple dish - but you’ve got the juicy sweetness coming from the corn, the spice and earthiness that comes through from the chipotle tahini, smokey flavours from the queso, mild heat and saltiness from the chilli spice mix, and then refreshing flavours finish it all off from the coriander and lime
it’s been on our menu since day 1 and we can’t ever see it coming off

Well it just got a whole lot better…
We’ve partnered with our fantastic friends at to bring even more value to our legendary $35 Set Menu.
For the month of October (starting this Thursday), in addition to the six courses we already offer, you’ll also get one of these amazing pulled shiitake birria tostadas at no extra cost! Yes that’s right - we just added a course to the set menu for no cost! SEVEN kick ass courses and the menu is still $35!!!!
The tostada has our awesome smashed guac, pickled eschallots, crème fraiche, pickled chilli and coriander. It’s partnered with fables pulled shiitake that’s been braising in our birria stew for a good five to six hours - so it’s melt in your mouth good.
