Long weekend hours at Lana.

Twenty thousand mapo pastas. And we're still not tired of making it.
From day one, the mapo pasta has been one of the dishes people come to Lana for. There's been many iterations but one thing has remained the same - using the finest Australian produce that moves with the seasons to make this dish.
It's been on more tables than we can count, and earned its place as a staple on our menu. This winter at Lana we are serving a hearty Tortelli alla mapo lamb “bolognese” with ricotta and bean curd to celebrate five years. Come and try it.

You've booked the corner table, stayed for one more glass, and brought everyone you know through these doors to experience modern, elevated Asian Italian dining.
Five years of nights that ran long, menus that evolved, long relaxing lunches and a room that somehow always felt like the right place to be.
Thank you for making Lana what it is. Here's to the next five.
