The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Head Chef who will bring leadership, creativity, and consistency to our kitchen. You will oversee the day-to-day operations, manage and inspire the team, and ensure that every plate reflects the high standards Jasmin1 is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food and service.

Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all menu items.

Oversee stock management, ordering, and cost control.

Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to.

Work closely with management on menu planning, seasonal specials, and operational improvements.

Foster a positive and productive team environment.

About You

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a busy, high-volume kitchen (Middle Eastern cuisine experience highly regarded).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Passion for authentic, quality food and the ability to maintain consistency.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Understanding of food cost control and kitchen operations.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
