Royal Bakery will be opening a new café/bakery in the QVB Queen Victoria Building on the 31st of January 2022.
looking for full time, part time and casual staff.
We are looking for experienced baristas, who;
*are capable of making coffee and are able to keep up with the fast pace of customers who require fast service so that they can reach their trains in time, etc.
*confident with latte art
*are clean and hygienic in their work
*can work as a team with 2 people on a coffee machine to make coffee during peak times.
To be considered for this role, you must:
*be available to work full days, and at least 1 day of the weekend.
*at least 1-2 years experience
****We will be opening on the 31st of January 2022, however are looking to train candidates at our Rose Bay Shop, and have a few days at QVB prior to opening day.

Good evening everyone,
With restrictions easing as of tomorrow (Monday October 11th), please check out the advice from NSW HEALTH regarding how you can access your vaccination certificates!
Please have these certificates ready to show staff if you are choosing to dine in with us!
We also look forward to the days where we no longer have to security screen our customers upon entering. We hope you can understand our questioning process and know that we are so excited to be entering a phase of normality.
Please be patient with us as we get back into routine after months of empty chairs, and know that we are so excited to see you all 🤩🥳

Royal bakery has reopened and are currently operating as TAKEAWAY ONLY …. So mask up 😷 and come on down to pick up your selection BREAD ROLLS, LOAVES OF BREAD, FRESH SANDWICHES, QUICHES, CROISSANTS, PIES AND ROLLS, a wide range of CAKES and of course our famous PORTUGUESE TARTS! (Barista made coffee ☕️ also available)

Just a quick announcement to let you all know the Royal Bakery Rose Bay will be closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day (25th and 26th of December, 2020)
We will also be CLOSED in the New Year of 2021 from the 1st until the 18th of January 2021.

COMING SOON 🍰 Our taste buds are excited to welcome The Royal Bakery to the family! The Royal Bakery team are no stranger to Wollongong with their Portuguese Tart Pop-up treating us most Saturday's, and now with a full bakery offering both dine in and takeaway delights on its way, we know this will soon be a Wollongong favourite!
In the coming weeks you will find them open on the Lower Ground Floor of the Keira Building, across from Coles!

Portuguese Tarts right here in Rose Bay! Be sure to grab a box and indulge in these beautiful custard pastries. I should probably mention, they are baked fresh onsite daily and are wonderfully delightful. 🤤 who agrees?

Royal Bakery Rose Bay was a coffee shop and dessert restaurant that was loved by many in the community. Although it is now permanently closed, its story lives on. The owners fell in love with the shop at first sight and felt like they were meant to be there, especially since their family had owned the shop next door many years ago. They wanted to create a place where people could come together not just for food, but also to share stories and jokes with their friendly team. The logo, designed by a 15-year-old family member, featured a crown shaped like a castle in Portugal as a nod to their heritage. Royal Bakery Rose Bay will always be remembered as a place where strangers became friends and happy moments were celebrated.
