Experience a True Taste of Australia!
Our special this week is the incredible Kangaroo Osso Buco for only $28.
We braise the kangaroo in a deep, rich sofrito sauce until it's fork-tender. Served atop a luxurious garlic potato mash, with a hint of smokiness from charred Padron pepper and the earthy notes of wilted warrigal greens.

We're kicking off the last Meet the Makers Dinner with Calabria Family Wines on November 14th with a dish that just works.
It's silky, slow-cooked Ocean Trout in olive oil, served with a punchy wakame salad and a splash of red wine vinegar for brightness. The perfect match? A glass of McWilliam's 660 Pinot Noir. It's light enough for the fish, but still has that classic texture.

For a main, dig into our Kangaroo Loin and King Prawn. We smoke the kangaroo with botanical herbs, and serve it up with sweet baby beetroot and creamy pumpkin mousse. It's a fantastic combo.
And for a drink, our new Vivid Amour cocktail is a must-try. We've mixed grapefruit gin, Pampelle, Parfait Amour, fresh lemon, and a splash of raspberry cordial. It's the perfect drop.

To get to Thomas Street in Sydney, you can take the train to Museum Station and walk 10 minutes east on Liverpool St, then turn left onto Campbell St and right onto Reservoir St. Alternatively, you could take the bus to Oxford St near Crown St and walk 5 minutes west on Oxford St before turning right onto Riley St and left onto Reservoir St.
If driving, from the CBD, head southeast on Elizabeth St towards Park St. Turn left onto Liverpool St and then left again onto Crown St. Turn right onto Riley St followed by a left turn onto Reservoir St. Paid street parking may be available nearby but there is also a secure car park on Goulburn Street which is only a short walk away from Thomas Street.
