Ep 6 on the POD out now: we're discussing fad diets over the eras. Ci******es. Tapeworms. Cabbage soup. Paleo. Keto. Clean eating. A day on a plate.
Every generation gets sold a diet, and every one of them promises the same thing: the result, without the change.
This week we go back through all of it, including the ones we personally fell for, and Til talks honestly about her own history with disordered eating and what she thinks about now as a mum.
Heads up, this one discusses eating disorders and dieting. If this subject is triggering for you, you may want to skip it.

We're up to episode 5 today on the pod and the discussion we have today (although not featured here) is about the masculine and feminine. Well... in a round about way. Scott's trending subject is "the 'Manosphere" which leads to "incells", then it takes a sharp turn to "Love is Blind", and what we may or may not look for in a partner (superficially and deep in our genetic core). Eventually landing on our muck and magic which turns into this film review. We hope you enjoy it.

Episode 3 of "At Home with Scott and Til" drops on Tuesday morning and we get personal! We talk about Scott's first impressions of me and mine of him (he was a slow π₯), what life was like for him after being on a reality TV show, AND our biggest business blunder. (We're always learning aren't we π«£) If you haven't tuned in yet - eps 1 and 2 are available for your afternoon stroll or commute to somewhere - on all the places you'd usually listen to a pod. Thanks for the sweet messages those who have listened and enjoyed. And we need a question for next week so if you have one please drop it! xx

Obviously if you let your 7 year old choose the sentence it's going to have the word "p**p" in it. And who would have thought it could be so entertaining! Try this game on your next read trip. Get a silly sentience and say it in a many different ways you can think of. π€£π₯³π©

NEW EP: On this week of At Home with Scott and Til we're covering a lot of ground. First up β the ABC Four Corners investigation "Duped," which digs into food fraud, food ethics, greenwashing claims. We also ask whether cold therapy is still the trend it once was, or if it's quietly fading β and why. Til gets honest about the nerves that came with starting this podcast. Plus, our Muck & Magic: Scott's is the constant problem-solving that never really stops when you're running a business, and Til's is trying to get better at taking criticism β something she's not sure she'll ever fully master.
