With Sydney’s peak event season just around the corner, we’re looking for experienced Seasonal Event Food & Beverage Supervisors to join the Flavours team and help lead some incredible events across Sydney. 🥂

From corporate functions and cocktail parties to private celebrations, buffets and unique venues, this is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to take charge, support a team and keep an event running seamlessly from start to finish.

✨ We’re looking for someone who:
• Has previous event supervisory or senior F&B experience
• Is confident leading and briefing event teams
• Can liaise professionally with clients, venues and suppliers
• Stays calm under pressure and is a natural problem solver
• Has strong food, beverage and tray service skills
• Has great availability across evenings and weekends
• Holds a current NSW RSA + NSW Driver Licence

You’ll be joining us for our busiest season from September through to Christmas, with opportunities for ongoing work into 2027.

Two days of big ideas, personal branding, great conversations… and plenty of good food. ✨

We loved collaborating with Matt Purcell for his Branding Workshop, bringing together an incredible group of business owners and professionals for two days focused on personal branding, social media, marketing and learning how to show up with purpose.

While Matt led the room, the Flavours team made sure everyone was very well fed. 🤍

Across the two days, we served morning tea, fresh salads and sandwiches for lunch, hot buffet dishes, sweet and savoury bites, cold pressed juices and, of course, afternoon tea to keep everyone going.

From build-your-own yoghurt cups with fresh fruit and crunchy toppings, to generous lunch spreads, colourful salads and a hot buffet featuring gourmet meats and seasonal sides, every break brought something different to the table. And because no workshop is complete without something sweet, there were plenty of beautiful mini tarts and treats along the way.

For us, catering a workshop like this is about more than putting food on the table. It’s creating those moments between sessions where people can recharge, connect, share ideas and come back ready for more.

A brilliant two days collaborating with Matt Purcell and the Kyu Media team, and connecting with so many great people and businesses along the way.

Day 1 of personal branding, social media, marketing… and plenty of good food ✨

Our team had the opportunity to attend an incredible workshop with Matt Purcell ™ diving into personal branding, how we show up online, creating meaningful content and building a stronger presence across social media and marketing.

And while we were busy learning, the Flavours team was also doing what we do best... keeping everyone very well fed. 🤍

Across the day, we catered all three breaks, starting with morning tea filled with a mix of sweet and savoury bites, followed by a fresh lunch spread of sandwiches and colourful salads. And because no full day of learning should end hungry… afternoon tea made an appearance too.

Such a great opportunity to experience the day from both sides, learning, creating and connecting as a team, while showcasing the catering that keeps a full-day workshop fuelled from morning to afternoon.

Where do we even begin with this one? ❤️

This month marks an incredible 10 years of Nicole at Flavours, and it’s hard to put into words just how much she means to all of us.

Nicole is, without question, one of the most exceptional people to have been part of Flavours over the years. She is an absolute powerhouse when it comes to events and customer service, and our clients absolutely adore her.

She takes enormous pride in every event she manages — tailoring every detail, finding solutions, going the extra mile and genuinely caring about making sure each event is absolutely perfect. When Nicole is looking after your event, you know you are in very, very good hands.

But beyond how brilliant she is at her job, Nicole is one of the most loyal, caring and wonderful people we’ve ever had the pleasure of working alongside.

After 10 years, she’s certainly not just another member of the Flavours team — Nicole is family to the Sullivans. ❤️

We’ve been lucky enough to share so many chapters of life with her over those years, from watching her get engaged to welcoming her beautiful little boy Themi, and so many milestones in between.

Today we’re celebrating Diane’s three-year anniversary with Flavours Catering + Events! 🎉

Diane is currently on maternity leave, enjoying precious time with her delightful little Matteo, but she is certainly missed by all of us.

Diane is an incredibly dedicated and diligent Event Manager who genuinely cares about every detail. When Diane is managing your event, you can feel confident that everything will be beautifully organised and the event will be a great success.

Happy three-year anniversary, Diane! We hope you’re loving this special time with Matteo, but we can’t wait to have you back with the Flavours family. 💛

To reach Hotham Parade in Sydney, you have a couple of options for public transport and driving.

**Public Transport:**
1. **Train:** Take a train to Bondi Junction Station on the Eastern Suburbs Line. From there, transfer to Bus 380 or 381 towards North Bondi. Get off at the stop closest to Hotham Parade.
2. **Bus:** If you're already in the city, you can catch a bus from Circular Quay or Town Hall directly to Bondi Beach and then transfer to Bus 380 or 381.

**Driving/Parking:**
1. If you're driving, head towards Bondi via Oxford Street or New South Head Road.
