Behind the scenes of an evening with SONARR. ❤️🎥
A night of long tables, lights, great conversation and plenty of good food. 🍽️✨
Tables dressed and ready, menus set at every place, the team gathered for the pre-service briefing, plates lined up in the kitchen, sauces poured, desserts finished one by one and the bar keeping the drinks flowing. 🥂
Before the doors open, there’s a lot happening out of sight. Hours of setting up, prepping and plating all lead up to that moment when the room fills, the lights come up and the evening begins.
From the first briefing to the last plate leaving the pass, our Flavours team loved being part of it. A special room, a great crowd and a team working together to make the night run smoothly. ❤️

This World Food Day, we’re shining a light on our ongoing partnership with the Haymarket Foundation through our Meals That Matter initiative.
Every weekday, our kitchen team prepares and delivers fresh, nutritious meals to support people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity across Sydney.
With over 4,000 meals provided and counting, we’re proud to play a small part in making reliable access to nutritious food a reality for more people in our community.
Because everyone deserves access to a good nourishing meal. 💛

What a beautiful celebration to be part of.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Allegro, Whitney and Peter’s wedding was filled with beautiful details, incredible food, plenty of laughter and all the little moments that make a wedding day so special. ✨
For the Flavours team, wedding days are about so much more than what lands on the plate. It’s the preparation behind the scenes, the final touches before guests arrive, the canapés making their way around the room, drinks being poured, courses leaving the kitchen and our team working together to make sure everything flows seamlessly from one moment to the next.
From roaming canapés and drinks through to a beautiful three-course dinner, we loved bringing the food and service together for this very special celebration. 🍽️🥂
And what a setting to do it in. Working alongside the team at Allegro, every element came together to create a celebration that felt elegant, warm and completely worthy of the occasion.

To reach Hotham Parade in Sydney, you have a couple of options for public transport and driving.
**Public Transport:**
1. **Train:** Take a train to Bondi Junction Station on the Eastern Suburbs Line. From there, transfer to Bus 380 or 381 towards North Bondi. Get off at the stop closest to Hotham Parade.
2. **Bus:** If you're already in the city, you can catch a bus from Circular Quay or Town Hall directly to Bondi Beach and then transfer to Bus 380 or 381.
**Driving/Parking:**
1. If you're driving, head towards Bondi via Oxford Street or New South Head Road.
2. Once you reach Bondi, follow signs for Hotham Parade.
3. There are parking options available along Hotham Parade and nearby streets; however, be mindful of any parking restrictions that may apply.
Make sure to check local traffic conditions and public transport schedules before your journey!
