- MAPLE PECAN & OLIVE OIL GRANOLA (df/vegan – contains pecans)
Breakfast made easy and delicious. Add our stewed compote, Greek yoghurt or Coyo, and a handful of fresh fruit — BAM, CRUNCH TOWN! Elevate your Christmas morning or enjoy me in that deliciously blurry space between Christmas and New Year, when time feels like a suggestion.
- ESHALLOT, MUSTARD & LEMON THYME VINAIGRETTE (gf/df/vegan/nf – contains alliums)
Toss through mixed leaves and herbs for a standout salad, or through boiled potatoes with our pickled onions. Alternatively, some may have sipped it straight from the jar… it’s that good.
- RANCH DRESSING (gf/nf)
A now-iconic ELENTI staple created by our very own chef, Abby Kitchen. Use as a dip with crudités, spread generously on a sandwich with leftover roast chook and crisp cos lettuce, or toss through boiled or steamed potatoes for an easy, delicious salad.
- PICKLED ONIONS (gf/df/nf/vegan – contains alliums)
Very on brand for us: blushing pink, punchy, and addictive. A kitchen essential — add to salads, spoon over salmon, or pair with sharp cheddar and leftover Christmas ham.
- NDUJA OIL (gf/df/nf – contains pork)
Owner Claire’s favourite. A spicy little number, especially topped with stracciatella (available as an add-on). Best with fresh sourdough, brushed over roast chicken, or mixed with a little mayo as a dip for prawns.
- OLD BAY BUTTER (gf/nf – contains onion & garlic powder)
We cannot forget butter — especially when it’s whipped with our beloved Old Bay seasoning. Spread on toasted bread, melt over a steak, cook prawns in it, or toss through a tray of hot roast potatoes.
- STEWED RHUBARB, MAPLE & SOUR CHERRY COMPOTE (gf/df/vegan/nf)
A perfect match with yoghurt and our granola — sweet, tart, and festive. Also stunning spooned over ice cream for a fruity finish.
