Celebrate International Chef Day (20 October) with us as we officially welcome our new group Executive Chef, Grant Stevenson.
Grant has joined to lead our incredible culinary teams across our five restaurants, bringing 20+ years' experience working at some of Australia's most iconic dining destinations.
He's on a mission to continue serving up the very best of top-quality Australian produce on every plate across our restaurants, preserving time-tested signatures on the menu and introducing a few new dishes along the way.
