Do you prefer GLUTEN FREE foods? If so, have you tried baking goods with buckwheat FLOUR?

Buckwheat does not contain gluten, so for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerances, buckwheat flour is an excellent alternative.

Buckwheat is easy to incorporate into a healthy diet and can be made into any baked goods such as breads, slices, muffins, pancakes, and crepes.

Now who likes baking? I certainly do!

I haven’t so much noticed my metabolism change but I have definitely noticed my body is not holding as much fluid.

I’m one of those ones who struggles with fluid retention. However with the help of drinking Buckwheat Tea daily, I’m not feeling so swollen.

Are you one of those people? If so, seriously, add it to your diet today!

Nothing too big or filling… then lunch or dinner is ruined. Something light and fresh… and makes me feel healthy.

These Buckwheat Bliss Balls have been the perfect snack. High in protein… it gives my body the energy it needs.

These are just some of the BBB flavours you can try…

Ok… so I have set myself a challenge! I’ve given myself 2weeks to drink daily 1litre of BUCKWHEAT TEA.

I know as I’m getting older, my metabolism seems to be changing. Maybe this might just be what I needed.

Buckwheat tea is caffeine free so a perfect drink to enjoy hot on a cold Winters Day/Night… and still sleep.

The 2weeks might not be long enough but we will see. It’s a start. The seed has been planted, so watch and wait!

FACT: Did you know it is a fruit seed related to rhubarb.

Why is Buckwheat so nutritious? Well… here are just some of the Amazing Health Benefits.

I don’t know about you but the ‘Aids in digestion’ and ‘Promotes weight loss’ has got me!

Being Winter and all… who wouldn’t want to be sipping on a Buckwheat Tea to keep me warm and… healthy!

Personally… I like mine with a dash of honey. That’s the naughty bit. But hey, trust me… it makes for a nice TEA.
