I'm not an AI type of guy. Infact, it will be the downfall of society as we know it. But hey, might aswell use it for a laugh. In all seriousness though, get outside in nature, put your bare feet in the sand/grass/dirt daily, sungaze during the first 30mins and last 30mins of visible sun, breath the salt air through your nose, get your minerals into you, laugh, love, be grateful, cuddle, meditate, pray, fast, eat healthy, exercise, never stop trying to improve and have a soft serve occasionally because it makes you happy.

Since I was a kid, I always read the Daily Telegraph newspaper while eating my bowl of cereal in the morning. I would borrow half the paper off my Dad while he read the other half. I'd take the sport section ofcourse.

Early Learning Centre had a Christmas concert and provided the children a soft serve each. Safe to say, they loved it!

The school band at put on a show for the school and got rewarded with an ice cream which is like gold for children.
