Here’s how one of our newest vegetarian dishes comes together: Butter Sautéed Mushrooms
It all starts with a creamy menemen sauce. Yes, you heard it right.
Followed by butter sautéed button, oyster and white fungi mushrooms.
Green Pepper and Chestnut for a little crunch.
And finished with a light soy lecithin foam to bring another layer of texture without taking away from the mushrooms.

Traditionally a lighter dish enjoyed during the warmer months of Aegean summer. We serve it here warm and as a main in its own right.
