We’re so excited to welcome as our wine maker feature this month! Currently produced in a variety of sheds in the Adelaide Hills, Les Fruits draws on its fruit from there, Barossa Valley and most recently McLaren Vale.
All vineyards are farmed naturally using organic and/or biodynamic principals. Winemaking is traditional, or as Les says “lazy” with a strict “do nothing unless it needs to be done” philosophy. More no-fi than lo-fi. No fining, no filtration, and only homeopathic doses of sulphur before bottling.
Join us before 6pm daily for our sips & snacks happy hour to try the range!

We’re so excited to welcome as our feature wine maker of the month! As the team has made note: The entire winemaking process is conducted by hand (likely with the help of some friends paid in mortadella), and was designed to produce wine that is drinkable, affordable and inspired by your Nonno’s aesthetic. Giovanni makes unapologetic wine that is designed for comfort drinking with the philosophy that wine should be nothing too serious and instead made for pleasure, ease of drinking, social lubrication, and mangia mangia mangia. They’re not ‘fine wines’ to be pondered over. Just well-made plonk to be drunk with much joy and gusto.
Join us from 4:30pm daily and taste your way through some incredible Italo-influenced table wines .manly
