A familiar face for many š
Jason moved to Sydney at 19 to follow his older brother. Four years, a Marketing diploma, and countless coffees later, heās now our beloved Cafe Manager.
He started behind the machine as a barista, and knows half of Bondi by their coffee order. His go-to order never changes: a regular flat white and the Morning Glory, heāll make sure it comes without pickled onions though!
What lights him up on the floor are the regulars whoāve become familiar faces, the small talk that turns into longer conversations, and the drinks heās quietly working on for the new menu (weāve said too much already).
Outside of work, find him on a motorcycle, scoping out new cafes on his day off, or on the basketball court working off his competitive streak.
Pop in, order the usual, and see if you can get him to spill any details on the new menu drinks.
