Introducing the Impossible Royale with cheese, lettuce, pickles, and seasoned onion rings. It’s good to be the king.
Try our Impossible old-school cheeseburger. Nostalgia in a bun, with an impossible patty, American cheese, red onions, pickles and more. Pair it with a shake and fries.
The third member of our Impossible range is the Impossible Butcher’s Original. Fresh salad, pickles, our special sauce and a soy-based patty that you’d swear was meat. You won’t believe it’s not beef!

Introducing our latest snack range & bringing back old favourites to our new menu!
Chicken wings! You asked for them, and we’re bringing them, back! So many of our lovely friends wanted them back on the menu. And who are we to disappoint our friends? Splashing in buffalo sauce and served with tangy ranch dressing, order a serving of wings and chow down while our chefs ready the big food for you to devour.
For a limited time, and for dine-in customers only, you can grab yourself some succulent, buttery corn cobs to gnaw away on before the main act arrives. Our corn cobs are lavished in buttery goodness, seasoned and served with peri mayo, feta and parsley. The sponge to soak up your watering mouth is optional.
The perfect warm-up to your main meal is popcorn chicken. Ideal for sharing with friends, for eating in front of your friends and making them hungry, or even taking shots to get them into your friend’s mouth. Shotski!

The classic burger is something of a contradiction in food. It is both a beloved staple – a favourite treat – and a meal that is generally known for being of low quality.
Ribs & Burgers has long defeated this stereotype, proving that burgers can be made with excellent quality grass-fed, hormone-free beef, buns from a boutique baker, and absolutely no additives or unpronounceable ingredients.
Even so, we’ve just stepped things up a rather large notch. This time, we’ve taken our passion for genuine, hearty food, and combined it with one of the most gourmet meat products on the market – Wagyu.
Wagyu beef has become a prized meal in recent times, earning and deserving its many accolades as the crème de la crème for all things steak and beef. It comes from a particular breed of cattle, and the difference in the final taste, tenderness and texture of the beef is unparalleled.
So we went and put it in a burger.
In particular, four gourmet Wagyu burgers that have raised the bar to Mt Everest levels of burger quality. They are each unlike any burger you’ve ever tasted, and have all been crafted by talented chefs who follow the Ribs & Burgers ethos of genuine food, real ingredients, and unwavering quality in every bite.

Public Transport:
1. Train + Bus: Take a train to Campbelltown Station. From there, catch bus number 895 towards Narellan Town Centre. Get off at the stop near Village Circuit in Gregory Hills.
2. Bus: Depending on your location, check for buses that pass through Gregory Hills or nearby suburbs. Look for bus stops near Village Circuit and get off there.
Driving/Parking:
If you prefer to drive, here are some general directions to Village Circuit in Gregory Hills:
From Sydney CBD:
1. Take M5 Motorway southwest towards Campbelltown.
2. Continue on the motorway until you reach Narellan Road (Exit 31).
3. Take the exit and merge onto Narellan Road.
4. Follow Narellan Road for approximately 6 kilometers.
5. Turn right onto Raby Road.
6. Continue straight on Raby Road until you reach Gregory Hills Drive.
7. Turn left onto Gregory Hills Drive.
8. Follow Gregory Hills Drive until you reach Village Circuit.
