RESTAURANT MANAGER
We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to take the reins at Redbird Chinese in Redfern.
You will require an advanced level of wine knowledge as our customers love wine just as much as we do. Our wine list roams from classic icon wineries through to natty rarities and everything in between. Should you have the skill the wine list will be yours to maintain at the 3 glass rating we currently hold.
You’ll need to be passionate about service and how to excel in the area, as your role will be to ensure we are known for having some the best service in Sydney. Supported by an amazing Assistant Manager & a small team of experienced waiters, this role is less about people management and more about having the skill to grow our beautiful neighbourhood venue by excelling at what we do. We are a small venue so the role is naturally hands on.

To get to Redfern Street in Sydney by public transport, you can take a train to Redfern Station and then walk for about 10 minutes. Alternatively, there are several bus stops on Redfern Street that are serviced by different bus routes.

If you prefer to drive to the area, there is limited street parking available on Redfern Street and surrounding streets. Paid parking is available at the nearby Wilson Parking station on Gibbons Street. However, it is recommended that you check availability prior to your visit as parking may be difficult during peak hours.
