Wagyuto is a modern Japanese restaurant in Clovelly, where good food, genuine hospitality and a strong team are at the heart of what we do.

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team and be part of the next chapter of Wagyuto.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, looking after guests, supporting the team and taking pride in the little details that make a service run well.

If you’re someone who loves hospitality, enjoys working with a small team and wants to grow with a restaurant that cares about what it does, we’d love to hear from you.
