After weeks of tasting and testing we've decided to roast our beans with a Loring machine. It utilises mainly hot air to roast the coffee, a more gentle way to roast and promote a more even heat transfer through the beans and you can actually taste the difference.

We are serving single origin from Rwanda this week. These peaberries are rounder and smaller than normal coffee beans but with big flavour. Floral, madarin acidity with honey sweetness.

Costa Rica La Cuesta Black Honey processed is served this week. Red apple and cola bean up front, citrusy acidity with brown sugar like sweetness finish and syrupy body. Yum!!

If you're coming via public transport, take any of the buses that pass through Parramatta Road and get off at Pyrmont Bridge Road. Walk towards Clarke Street and turn right. The coffee shop should be on your left.
If you're driving or taking a taxi, take the Western Distributor and exit at Harris Street. Turn right onto Pyrmont Bridge Road and then left onto Bulwara Road. Turn right on Harris Street, and then left onto Clarke Street. There are usually parking spaces available nearby.
