What people say
Kiln, located on Foy Lane in Sydney, is a restaurant that offers a unique dining experience. With Chef-Partner Mitch Orr at the helm, Kiln serves up dishes that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. The dry-aged rib-eye grilled above the flame of native ironbark and the marigold salsa served atop Tasmanian baby abalone are just two examples of the creative and delicious dishes you can expect to find at Kiln. The restaurant also offers snug bar seats for those who want to enjoy a spontaneous meal, and walk-ins are always welcome. The decor is also noteworthy, with fabrics created from salvaged materials found at the build site crushed into pigment and used to dress the walls and window frames. Whether you're looking for a weekend lunch or a special Mother's Day celebration, Kiln is definitely worth checking out.
