We like to keep things simple.
Today we had leftover spicy roasted pumpkin and kale that wasn't enough for a full second meal, so we prepped a Taoca by adding avocado and tomato and I'll tell you that: it was super tasty.
We don't normally plan ahead what flavour of Taoca we'll make, except when we're preparing a recipe to shoot for you guys as inspiration.
