Appreciate your visit & words : "This has to he an underrated BBQ spot in Sydney. Phenomenal slow cooked meats, cracker sides, and some of the best BBQ sauce I've had .

Plate 3 - $75 (3 meats, 3 sides)
Brisket, pork belly, jalapeno & cheese hotlink, slaw, mac & cheese, buffalo wings, bbq sauce, honey (sweet)mustard sauce.

Plate 3 was the next best thing to an all you can eat, being able to try a bit of everything. Had to try their top sellers in the brisket and pork belly, and they're definitely the top sellers for a reason.
Brisket, super tender and soft, slow cooked with salt and pepper. Simple and effective 👌. Pork belly, i have to say was better than the brisket in my opinion. Also slow cooked with salt and pepper, but it just melts and dissolves in your mouth.
Jalapeno & cheese hotlink, was basically a spicy sausage. Had a crisp outside/casing and the jalapeno definitely comes through 😅🥵.
Mac & cheese was creamy but not overwhelmingly cheesy or rich. In fact it was quite light and easy to eat (coming from a person to doesn't really like mac & cheese 😅).
Buffalo wings definitely had some kick to it. Chicken itself also had flavour too and wasn't just relying on the sauce.
Slaw was the perfect thing after the wings, crisp, refreshing, and slightly sweet.

Honestly if you live your slow cooked bbq, definitely check out located .penrith

This American-style BBQ restaurant has quickly become a favorite among locals and visitors alike. The restaurant offers a full barbecue menu that is available until 4 pm every day. But what sets Brisket Boys apart from other BBQ joints is their Barbecue Brunch Menu, available on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am to 12 noon.

The brunch menu at Brisket Boys features mouth-watering dishes like the Brisket Benny, Texan Omelette, Breaky Feast (to share), and Breaky Tacos. All of these dishes come with options like brisket beans, belly bacon, beefy greens, housemade sausage, Texan toast, and barista-made coffee. The restaurant also hosts live music in the courtyard on Saturday afternoons and Sunday lunchtimes.

Brisket Boys has a licensed bar with some signature cocktails in development. They also have Cornhole and Pickleball games in play for those who want to have some fun while enjoying their meal. The restaurant recommends booking for groups of seven or more to ensure availability.
