A moment for the Bee Sting 🙌🏼🤤

An LPP favourite and a daily sell-out!

A German sweet bread filled with caramel custard and fresh cream, topped with a cinnamon crumble and finished with a dusting of icing sugar.

The story behind our Bee Sting goes back to Matt’s travels through South Australia, where he first tried the traditional German Bienenstich in Hahndorf, known for its distinctive toasted almond and honey flavours.

Inspired by the original, Matt decided to put his own spin on the classic, creating the Bee Sting you all know and love today at Lilli Pilli Patisserie. 🫶🏼🐝
