Want a different coffee alternative? Meet the Cascara soda - a sparkling coffee cherry soda 🍒✨
Light, refreshing and nothing like coffee, cascara drinks more like a floral iced tea. Think juicy red fruit, soft hibiscus notes and a gentle rose-hip tang - bright, bubbly and seriously refreshing. Perfect when you want something a little different!

Slice into a chicken schnitzel crumbed with lemon myrtle, then dip it straight into a Caesar tucked inside baby cos leaves. Our Caesar sauce is loaded with anchovy, capers, garlic, parmesan, lemon, bacon crumbs and gribiche (that classic french egg sauce) - rich, punchy, and like nothing you’ve tried before.

December at BTB means one thing: the ovens turn festive🎄
This year’s Christmas fruit cake is a dense, jewel-studded loaf loaded with dates, raisins, walnuts, citrus peel, sunrise lime and glacé cherries - the kind of mix that perfumes the whole kitchen as it bakes.
We warm it through with a generous hand of allspice, clove, cinnamon and orange, then send it out with a spiced orange sauce and a cool, creamy scoop of vanilla mascarpone.
Here now as a December Special ✨

Our December Ploughman’s Has Landed! - and it’s the one we wait for all year! 💥
A once-a-year special at BTB, this plate is built on tradition, patience, and a whole lot of flavour.
We start with ham hocks braised in orange, sunrise lime and warm spices until meltingly tender, then pulled, mixed with mustard and pressed into a rustic terrine. It’s paired with a bright raisin & myrtle relish, potato and pepperberry–marinated egg salad, crisp apple, cornichons and our house sourdough.
Running all of December to early Jan - its going to be your new summer fav! 🌞✨
