Good evening Mumshie’s followers!

It’s been a hot minute, but we are back to taking weekly orders as well as catering.

This weeks menu:

Menudo (Beef and Vegetable cooked in red stew)

Tinolang manok (Chicken Ginger and Vegetable Soup)

Bicol Express (Spicy Pork cooked in coconut milk and cream)

Kare kare (Peanute Beef and Vegetable Stew)

Laing (Taro and Chilli cooked in Coconut Milk)

Dessert: Leche Flan (Creme Caramel Filipino)

As before all orders must be done before Thursday night to be ready for the weekend. :)

Thank you for alllll the orders from last week. You guys really did a work out on us hahah.

This weeks menu:

- Beef Kaldereta (Beef and Vegetables cooked in a tomato based stew)

- Mushroom sisig (Mushroom and Chilli sauté in Mayonnaise and Soy Sauce)

- Menudo (Pork and Vegetables cooked in a tomato base)

- Tinolang manok (Chicken and Vegetables cooked in a chicken and ginger soup)

- Lumpiang gulay (Vegetarian Spring Rolls)

Dessert:
- Ginataang mais at monggo (Mung Beans cooked in a sweet coconut and Vanilla sauce)

Remember that all orders must be put in by Thursday night. If you would like anything that is not on the menu this week please just message us and we will see what we can do ☺️

Pork sisig - crispy pork with chilli and mayonnaise

Laing - Taro leaves slow cooked in coconut, ginger and chilli

Paksiw na bangus - Fish and Vegetable Stew

Creamy beef and mushrooms

Kare-kare - Beef and Vegetables cooked in a peanut stew

Dessert:
Cassava cake with macapuno
