This is Sebas, or Juan as you prefer to call him. 🍊🥖🍊🥖
Co-founder of Entrepà, he's the first face you'll meet, always smiling. He is also in charge of making sure everything arrives on time, contacting suppliers and organising all that boring paperwork. Definitely an indispensable part of Entrepà. Thank you for making this possible and for always being so enthusiastic! 🫶🏼 Even when we have to wake up at 4:30 am to get to a market 🤪

In July this year we were travelling in Spain for a month, we knew about the market business in Sydney and we wanted to start on our own.
Bocadillos are very famous all over Spain, but especially in Valencia. There is a tradition of having a bocadillo with coffee and orange juice in the morning, so that's where our idea came from.
